Steps:

  • Go to Stores > Attributes > Product to create new attributes.
  • Assign attributes to your products for improved filtering and search functionality.

Inventory management:

  • Under Catalog > Products, select a product, and go to the Quantity and Stock Status sections and configure inventory settings.

6. Product Categorization

An organizer system helps products to be properly positioned and reduces navigation problems between users.

Magento has many features for creating and controlling categories with ease.

Ways to organize:

  • catalog > Categories > New > Assign to products
This will apply category-specific settings for your store’s Search Engine Optimization.

7. Dynamic Product Rules

Mage commerce enables dynamic product rules from which one can sort items quickly and promotes them.

Configuration:

Use the Cart Price Rules and Catalog Price Rules under Marketing for promotions based on a product’s attributes.

8. Product Media and Description

Enhance the images on product pages by means of quality images, videos, and detailled descriptions. Magento empowers you to upload any amount of images and place fun content on the same pages.
Steps

  • Edit your product and go to Images and Videos. You add and upload media files under these tabs.
  • Write SEO-friendly text using the Content tab and close

Magento offers sophisticated product management capabilities that enable you to better manage your product catalog, optimize operations, and enhance customer satisfaction. With these tools, you can improve your workflow, run your store better, and increase sales.
